Once you have contacted us, requested your time slot and it has been confirmed by a member of staff then please make sure you have placed your deposit in order to secure the booking

Cancellation / Re-scheduled appointments:

If you need to cancel or change your appointment – we’ll need a minimum of 3 days notice prior to your appointment for any changes. In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your appointment, you will receive a voucher for the value of your £50 deposit that can be redeemed within 3 months to reschedule another date – we do not offer cash refunds
